Atefe Northcutt has been a lincensed North Carolina Real Estate for 7+ years serving Orange, Wake, Chatham, Durham and Alamance Counties. She was trained and graduated as a civil engineer from Roger Williams University in Rhode Island. Over the past 20 years she has worked as an engineer in the public sector for various states including Rhode Island, Ohio, California, Florida and most recently North Carolina. Her engineering jobs mainly dealt with the design and planning of bridges and highways. Her experience and expertise has been as a civil engineer and Tranportation planner in the transportation division which has put her in direct contact with the public and their concerns and issues regarding neighborhood and local matters. With this educational background her move from a Civil Engineer to a Real Estate Broker dealing with people's needs and desires on a daily basis was a natural transition.
